Dr. Tom Jones
In 2003, while traveling with Global Awakening, Tom had an encounter with the Holy Spirit that changed the course of his life forever. Randy regularly ministered in Tom’s church, declaring it 1 of 4 churches in the world that received and maintained a corporate healing anointing. Tom led his local church through renewal and revival, spiritually fathering and releasing many into new ministries and nations. Then in 2005, at the climax of his pastoral ministry, Tom laid everything down in obedience to God’s call. Randy heard of this decision and immediately invited Tom to come on staff at Global Awakening. Bringing over 40 years of ministry experience as an educator, church planter, and pastor, Tom is now the Executive Vice President, Director of the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening (ANGA), Dean of Global Awakening Theological Seminary (GATS), and an international speaker.
In 2009, Tom received his Masters in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, and in 2013 he graduated from United Theological Seminary with his Doctor of Ministry. Traveling over ¾ of the year, Tom Jones carries a healing anointing, a passion for revival, and the Father’s love. Like his grandfather before him, he provokes people to lift up their eyes and encounter the presence of God, blessing and releasing them to passionately pursue their destiny. Tom and his wife, Brenda, have been married since 1973 and have two children, Christina Kile and Brian. Christina is married to Clay Kile; they have two children, David and Camy. Tom and Brenda currently live in Cleveland, Tenn. For more information, visit their website at lifegivers.org.

Laura Shoulders
Laura Shoulders began her Social Work career in the judicial system providing alternative sentencing and diversion plans for the accused and incarcerated, and coordinating both juvenile and adult drug courts. After graduate work and licensure she served in community mental health as a therapist for two juvenile psychiatric residential treatment facilities. Laura transitioned into private practice and was blessed to spend over 15 years as a therapist in a small, family-owned psychiatric medical practice.
Having been away from her faith and running from God since her teen years, Laura was marked by a radical encounter with the Love of God in November 2010, which changed the trajectory of her life (and clinical practice). Hungry for MORE, Laura pursued God with reckless abandon, which brought her deep healing, a renewed identity, and zeal for the gospel, desiring above all for those she counseled to experience the extravagant Love of the Father and the freedom available through Jesus in the Power of the Holy Spirit.
In 2022, Laura discerned to step away from the clinical practice of social work to pursue God’s call to full-time ministry. Quite the paradox, she loves getting lost in the scriptures and the silence of the secret place as much as boldly preaching and teaching and ministering from the Heart of the Father. Laura is passionate about unity among the brethren, accompanying people into wholeness, and equipping believers to walk boldly in the fullness of their glorious inheritance and authority as Beloved Children of God. She is the Director of both Encounter Ministries satellite campuses in Kentucky: the Lexington campus and host of this Kingdom Medicine Conference, and the newest campus launching in Louisville in the Fall of 2025. She is married to Michael and together they have 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

This inspired him to integrate inner healing prayer and neuromuscular principles into his practice, nurturing the wholeness of patients and families alike.
Certified in Spiritual Direction and actively involved in retreats, ministry, and formation programs, he shares his insights on various podcasts, inspiring others with his holistic approach. Happily married to Anne for 40 years and blessed with two children, Dr. Tom continues to weave faith, healing, and medicine into a tapestry of hope and transformation.
